We are seeking someone to join our Order Management team in St. Louis, MO. In this role you will, provide excellent collaboration with customers, account executives, supply chain and other departments regarding order status and problem resolution, including but not limited to order discrepancies, missing purchase order requirements, hold releases or financial holds.
Responsibilities:
As a Representative, Order Management, you will:
  • Own the process of resolving issues with purchase orders such as routing, labeling, first cost, EDI transmission issues, and UPC set-up by partnering with DC staff, sales, demand, and customers
  • Create effective working relationships with members of Order Management Leadership, Demand Planning, Master Data/ Compliance, Wholesale IT, Logistics, Credit and Sales regarding key reports analysis and issue resolution
  • Create and execute on strategies that optimize our business objectives while reducing risks related to intellectual property in the areas of product design, distribution, and marketing
  • Partnering with the team to identify consistent issues and take action to create/ implement new efficiencies or processes
  • Follow up on delivery to proactively monitor and resolve problems affecting better profit and timeliness of delivery

Qualifications:
We seek people with these qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related work experience
  • 2-3 years’ of customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) required
