Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Support

Join a strong company with very low turnover and a family atmosphere in a clean, quiet facility. The position is a multifaceted role. Associate will primarily support and perform responsibilities throughout the order fulfillment process. In addition, the role includes learning and being able to perform shipping, and some customer service responsibilities. The associate must have at minimum, abvove average computer skills, maintain a tidy work area, follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements and be flexible and willing to work with a highly motivated team to get the job done.

Responsibilities include:

Order Fulfillment Responsibilities

• Pick finished product
• Pack, box, and label finished product
• Ship finished product as needed

Customer Service & Shipping Support/Back-up

• Order entry
• Back-up to phones and direct customers to appropriate resource(s)
• Support all departments as needed

Key Competencies/Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility in work - high product mix
• Above average computer experience
• Able to follow verbal or written instructions
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Ability to solve problems if they arise
• Good communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
