Optical General Manager
The ideal candidate for this leadership opportunity is a person that is client focused and has a genuine approach to working with employees and clients. Previous leadership experience managing an optical store is preferred, those who have managed in a retail environment are also encouraged to apply. In addition to the qualities listed above a successful candidate would be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead a team of 2-4 opticians towards exceeding their daily targets.
- Scheduling of opticians and frame stylists
- Relationship management with the lab and other suppliers
- Risk Management and loss mitigation
- Inventory Control
- Daily/Monthly sales reporting and closeout
- Development of Staff
- Business development to identify potential referral sources
- Assist clients to identify the correct materials to be ordered
- File Insurance Claims

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
