Key Duties:
  • Assist with unloading/loading of products and monitoring/controlling product flows to/from storage tanks (either independently or under the span of control of a qualified operator).
  • Participates in the company’s Health and Safety (HSSE), Security and Environmental programs.
  • Assist with coupling/uncoupling hoses and opening/closing valves (either independently or under the span of control of a qualified operator).
  • Assist in performing basic maintenance and up keep functions of company assets.
  • Assist with completion of required documentation of product transfer, ensuring paperwork is accurate and verified (either independently or under the span of control of a qualified operator).
  • Follow all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Assist with quality control and company measurement practices.
  • Perform routine grounds maintenance/housekeeping for the facility.
  • Assist in performing basic facility operations (i.e., boiler, separator, generator, MVCU, etc.), if applicable.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must meet company's required training protocol
  • Self-starter, responsible and has ability to work with close supervision
  • Must be able to work in various natural environmental conditions
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to obtain required certifications (including TWIC card)
  • Basic math skills (including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn local, state and federal regulations as applicable
  • Prior relevant experience
  • Familiarity with chemical and/or petroleum-based products.
  • Basic-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
  • Basic familiarity of all local, state and federal regulations as applicable
