About the position:

An Operator-In-Training

• Monitors and controls process equipment from the DCS and the field.
• Makes adjustments necessary to ensure both the quality and the quantity of the products are within specified limits.
• Proper documentation and communicates important information to the production supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedure
• High school education or equivalent is preferred
• Willing to work overtime and weekends
• Desire to continuously grow and develop operational knowledge and actively pursue career advancement opportunities.

ADM requires the successful completion of an applicable pre-employment medical/respirator questionnaire and a background check.'
