Job description

Will assist the Operator Class 1 with daily tasks.

Job location is Kennett, MO.

Orientation is Marmaduke, AR.

Must be able to pass a drug test. This is a safety sensitive position.

The Operator Class 1 is responsible for operating a variety of machinery such as saws, presses, and drills to fabricate railcar component parts to meet close and complex tolerances.

· Ability to read, comprehend, and write English.

· Ability to perform basic math functions in addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.

· Ability to collaborate and communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.

· Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects effectively with accurate turnaround under tight timeframes.

· Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality with sensitive information.

· Ability to punctually adhere to a regular work schedule.

· Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
