$3,000 signing bonus
2nd shift premium = $1.00 hourly * 3rd shift premium = $1.50 hourly

The Position:
We’re looking for Machine Operating Technicians to join our team. Our Operating Technicians operate thermoform machines, inspect parts, pack parts and train packaging technicians; maintain a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement; and attention to detail.
We are looking for safety-minded individuals who want a career, not just a job. You must have a 1 year of manufacturing experience (prefer 1 year of machine operating experience).
The Location:
This position is located in Elkhart, IN. Placon also has manufacturing operations in Madison, WI; West Springfield, MA; Wilson, NC and Plymouth, MN.
