Job Overview: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the operational aspects of the assigned departments by providing guidance, support and keeping departments updated on all organizational changes and business developments relevant to their department. Will challenge departments to increase performance, productivity and profitability where applicable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervises all administrative aspects of the following departments: Media & Communications, King Jesus University (KJU), Supernatural Partners, Sales & Publications, New Wine & Worship, Supernatural Global Network (SGN), Information Technology (IT), Brilliant Women’s Ministry, and People & Culture any other dept appointed by SDO
  • Collects, compiles, evaluates, and reports department-specific program or administrative information
  • Oversees quality control of database or spreadsheet information, conducts expenditure/revenue review, communicates job expectations, prepares and issues quarterly deadlines, enforcement of policies, procedures and protocols to staff members as required by SDO to delegated departments.
  • Assist in the recruitment, interview, and selection employees for delegated departments (as needed).
  • Resolves intra-departmental operational problems; and serves as a central point within the department to ease administrative communication.
  • Ensures that the delegated department is in compliance with administrative standards, procedures, policies and protocols.
  • Receives information for budget preparation, monitors costs and expenses and gives approval by analyzing variables.
  • Assist in approval of purchase orders and payment requests based on the needs of the department.
  • Conducts research and compiles statistical reports.
  • Undertake any other duties or special projects as requested by the SDO for the ministry.
  • May require local, national or international travel
  • Other duties may be assigned

Professional Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Speak and write fluently in Spanish and English
  • Profess excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of budgetary process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Profess high level analytical and problem solving skills

Education and/or Experience Requirements
  • Four year college degree
  • 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
