Job Highlights
- Provide front-line support to the assigned unit(s) or process(es)
- Manage the day-to-day planning and resource alignment
- Troubleshooting, communication with support functions, and assist with training
- Tracks production output and quality, tracks spending for the unit(s)
- Support maintenance activities, review trend charts, write requisition requests
- Liaison with SOIP, Maintenance, E&I, QC, Logistics, HR
- Internal technical support (e.g., inspections/audits, PHA’s, RCA’s, MOC’s, training, permits etc.)
- Process improvement activities including root cause investigations
- Identify and investigate issues that present unusual conditions; solutions may require development of new or improved products, processes, or techniques.
- Assess feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering tests, products, and equipment.
- Coordinate implementation of new or revised engineering solutions
- Participate in performance improvement activities which may employ various process improvement methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards based on improvement goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma. Technical trade school or college degree a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment with increased levels of responsibility
- Analytical, problem solving skills. Fact-based analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently, and ability to analyze and interpret data to determine path forward
- Leadership experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office and SAP
