A huge part of our success in providing great supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are the teams that perform the direct care to assure that the lives of people are well spent.

The Operations Manager guides and supports these teams of Direct Support Professionals, in part, as a leader, teacher, coordinator and communicator. The Operations Manager works with co-managers of multiple home sites.

While shifts are based on a standard work week, this job will require flexibility to perform all duties. This job is a hybrid position requiring some in-person attendance, with some tasks achieved remotely, when reasonable.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
