Delaware Operations Manager

The Delaware Operations Manager will lead the company’s efforts in the region to deliver the value promise to our agents while ensuring efficient allocation of company resources. Department oversight includes Marketing, Accounting, Administration, and Agent training/onboarding. This person will provide managerial support by learning and teaching agents about the company’s tools and technology, while also providing direct assistance to agents when requested, including regular in-office training. This position will also serve as executive support for the COO across the company, as needed. While based on the Rehoboth Beach office, this person will be required to travel to the other offices in the region once a month, at minimum.

Job Duties

· Represent company leadership in the region by providing oversight and support

· Amass a general knowledge of operations, tools, and tech, across all departments

· Provide support to managers and agents through training and troubleshooting

· Assist COO with daily regional operations as well as executive administrative tasks

· Onboard newly hired agents and conduct regularly scheduled trainings on tools and tech

· Other duties, as assigned

If licensed, this person will also be permitted to list and sell, provided that those activities do not interfere with the above requirements.

Salary range $50,000 - $58,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
