Title: Operations Manager

What we need from YOU:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Guest Satisfaction
• Keep the park Neat, Clean, and Organized
• Have a general knowledge of all departments
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise all Point of Sale, Indoor Attractions, and Outdoor Attractions team members
• Develop Team Member Leadership with Monthly Meetings
• Oversee monthly safety meetings
• Create weekly Team Member schedules and meet labor cost goals
• Perform attraction/game audits to ensure quality service.
• Coordinate with Executive Team to ensure a smooth operation of banquets, corporate outings, and group outings.
• Participate in monthly Peer Team calls
• Oversee revenue boosting competitions
• Meet/uphold state and local attraction operating guidelines
• Oversee merchandise/prize counter including purchasing, inventory, displaying, and maintaining COS goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years service experience (Preferred)
• Minimum of 2+ years management experience (Required)
• Must be a minimum of 21+ years of age (Required)
• Food Handlers permit (Required)

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to teach, communicate, and positively motivate
• Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environment
• Willingness to work in other areas of operation
• Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead others to success

Schedule

· Hours of Operation-Changes by season. Open year round

· Schedule-Days/Nights, weekends, and holidays (This is when we’re busiest)

· 45 hours a week
