Oilfield service company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our living quarters operatins in Monahans, TX. We provide housing and equipment throughout the Permian Basin area. Must coordinate daily operations activity which includes rig move planning, assign service calls and assure the yard maintenance on buildings, trucks and equipment are being performed on a daily basis. Inspire and motivate employees to perform their best in a safe, efficient manner. Must have a "big picture" approach to addressing top-level concerns and find best path forward in this very busy office. Free housing provided in needed. Company truck or vehicle allowance provided along with health, dental & vision insurance options plus 401K plan.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
