Job description

DUTIES (include but not limited to):

- Customer services: Answering phone calls; Provide information about products as well as availability and pricing to customers calling in; Maintain customer files & filing; Input orders - faxing and/or emailing confirmation of orders and invoicing and set up deliveries.

- Showroom assistance: Greet visitors and assist with product selection and sample requests.

- Assistance with inventory management: working with Warehouse team on inventory cycle count, receiving containers and input in the system. Work with Warehouse to ensure timely and efficient loading/unloading schedule, and warehouse equipment maintenance to ensure workability and safety.

- General office duties and assistance where needed

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, with multi-tasking experience

Excellent phone etiquette
Willingness and ability to learn and follow direction... then perform tasks with little supervision
Detail minded with the ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
Good computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel
Construction or building industry-related experience, or stone and tile industry experience is an advantage
AR experience and bi-lingual English and another language is a plus

Be responsible, honest, reliable, punctual and personable

We are a business casual office. Appearance doesn't need to be fancy but must be neat and presentable.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
