We have a great entry-level opportunity at our Central Office for an Operations Intern.

We are looking for an Operations Intern to assist in aspects of our company's daily operations. The Operations Intern's responsibilities include processing weekly KPI reports, ensuring the correct ordering of supplies, providing great customer service to customers via phone and website communications, verifying compliance to location phone answering protocols and scheduling templates, and participating in some special projects to assist in elevating Operations.

To be successful as an Operations Intern, you should be committed to improving customer experiences and able to ensure operational efficiency. Ultimately, a top-notch Operations Intern should have excellent organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills.

Objectives of this role:

  • Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
  • Interacting with customers and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.

General Duties:

  • Exceed weekly location paperwork processing goals (we will train you, but accuracy is critical)
  • Provide assistance with various sales-oriented analysis and projects
  • Support scheduling and hours of operation enforcement
  • Answering phones and providing customers with information and routing calls.
  • General office assistance including filing, mail distribution, providing backup support where needed.
  • Assisting with special projects, as time allows.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a receptionist/general office/data entry position or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Outlook, Word and Strong Excel skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Proven ability to consistently prioritize workload.
  • Detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
