Job Purpose: This position acts as a consultant to top management on financial matters by interpreting financial information and preparing analyses, special studies and financial modeling for budges, forcasts, working capital, inventory, operations projects, etc. Provides leadership and guidance to plants on all aspects of inventory management and financial performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting and modeling tools

2. Assist in operations reviews and forecasts with detailed direct ops spend tracking and analysis

3. Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations

4. Assume the role of WMS/ERP Power User to provide training, support, and expertise to all levels of staff regarding inventory management with WMS and ERP

5. Utilize PowerBI reports to maintain alignment between WMS and ERP inventories, Determine root cause of imbalances and correct inventories properly as needed.

6. Maintain accurate costing of inventory across sites by auditing activity and directing corrective action.

7. Drive company-wide minimization of inventory loss via reporting and comunnication regarding expiring and other at-risk inventory. Provide guidance to Finance leadership on the status of such inventory for monthlyand annual close activities

8. Organize and execute inventory counts in regional warehouses and reconcile inventory in WMS and ERP as directed by Finance leadership and plant management

9. Lead year-end audit and inventory counts in all Florida based locations

10. Other duties as required and/or assigned.
