THE ROLE: The primary purpose of this role is to provide general administrative support to the Operations department and relieving management of internal reporting duties. You will be responsible for managing multiple complex Excel spreadsheets, maintaining documents necessary for compliance and various other tasks. This role requires that you are able to thrive in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment.

    • Extremely organized and communicative
    • Technically savvy and knowledgeable in using internet based platforms
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines
    • High degree of initiative and independent execution
    • Integrity and dependability

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Assistant Directors, Directors, or other upper level administrators
    • Answering a multi-line phone system and routing calls to appropriate parties
    • Providing quality customer service by greeting drivers, employees, customers, and others in a welcoming manner
    • Preparing 10+ regular operations reports and other tracking spreadsheets
    • Compiling weekly sales summaries
    • Assisting in new hire space planning and setting up IT credentials
    • Tracking hybrid employee work schedules

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must exhibit advanced use of MS Office experience functions using Outlook, Excel and Word

HIGHLY BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • General familiarity of accounting principles, practices and procedures
