Onsite Production Specialist - Legal Documents
Job description
U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Production Specialist that communicates effectively and has a keen eye for detail. If you have some of these qualities, join our world-class Court Reporting department!

Below are some daily tasks that are essential to your success as a Production Specialist:
- Format and finalize transcripts, and synchronize them with the audio and video to create an official court record of proceedings
- Executes on resource submitted communication around bill and hold jobs
- Scan, verify, and upload documents into databases
- Manage the flow of incoming & outgoing mail
- Expected to have good research skills, language skills, computer skills as well as time management skills
- Maintains knowledge and awareness of the files being processed by following standards, and policies pertaining to this position and diligently adhering to them
- Protects the client and organization by keeping all information confidential
- Interface with other production department staff members for the purpose of support / exchanging information
All you need to be a Production Specialist is 1 year of relevant work experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Litigation support experience is a plus!
