This exciting opportunity
The Onsite Representative is accountable for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations. They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements.

You will need to

• Perform daily product to end user location replenishment (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays, etc. and/or a combination of these stocking locations) in accordance with contract requirements.
• Add new bins for contract adds, as required.
• Provide support to the on-site Kitting Operations team.
• Perform ongoing housekeeping including FOD removal, bin repair/replacement, bin resizing and bin label replacement.
• Communicate relevant program information (i.e. quality assurance issues, shortages, critical stock outs, and upcoming production changes) to Incora Program Management
• Proactively initiate and/or respond quickly and efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements in accordance with contract requirements.

Essential Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill. The ability to write and speak clearly and concisely and in a professional manner.
• The ability to work independently, as trained, and respond with the appropriate level of urgency.
• The ability to solve common problems, and generally complex problems, following established training and procedures.
• Strong competency working with integrated data systems including Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams. JDE experience a plus

A High school graduate with proven customer service, and interaction skills, with direct customer contact with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers demonstrated excellence and commitment to a safe and hazard-free workplace.
