Esports Engine is hiring for a project-based Onsite Coordinator for our Columbus, OH location. This is not a full-time position. You can expect a response corresponding to our production needs and our evaluation of your submission.

Work Schedule: Hours may include day shifts, swing shifts, or night and weekend hours.

Reports To: Studio Logistics Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work alongside the Studio Logistics Manager to support Columbus office and Studio management
• Assist with and facilitate on-site COVID-19 compliance requirements
• Create and distribute crew badges/credentials when required
• Welcome and direct visitors to their requested destinations
• Open/close office during standard business hours
• Support in office-management duties when assigned. This could include posting of signage, layout work, ordering & assembling furniture, etc.
• Relay any building issues, supply replenishing, package receiving, etc. to the appropriate party
• Respond quickly to online communications and attend daily standups with the Studio Services team
• Assist with catering and craft services ordering and distribution when requested
• Execute all other tasks as assigned

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, office workflows
• A track record of excelling at independent tasks
• A detail oriented personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to go with the flow, think fast, and have a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience managing priorities in a time-sensitive environment
