Conduent is hiring an Onsite Bilingual Customer Service Representative
About the position:
Pay Rate: $11.33 an hour with the ability for monthly bonus’- Work Hours: M-F 9:30am-6:30pm
- Benefits kick in first day of work!
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Customer Service experience required
- HS Diploma or GED is required
- Must pass a pre-hire background and drug test

- Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner.
- Gathers all necessary information to update the database.
- Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
- Explains company policies to customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
