Touching Hearts at Home Dayton is seeking an individual to fill a critical leadership role within our office support team. Experience providing care for older adults in a home care setting is desireable, but not a requirement. An associates degree or higher and/or an STNA or MA certificate is desireable. The position reports to the Director of Client Care and is part of a team of eight individuals responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our care team and clients.

The position is based at our Kettering office and is NOT REMOTE. Responsibilities include supporting our care team and clients on the phone, by text, by email, and in person in our clients' homes as needed. The On Call Care Specialist is responsible for monitoring on time arrival of our care team to scheduled shifts, providing "on demand" and as needed scheduling, and working open shifts with clients when shortages arise. A willingness and eagerness to provide hands on care when needed is required, and working at a fast pace in a high pressure environment is key to success in the position. The needed schedule will include some evenings and weekends and can be all evenings and weekends if desired.
