Expected Salary: $ 15.00 per hour

Job Location: This position will be located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137 working at the switchboard. Your work schedule will be on an “as-needed” basis, covering days off and vacations scheduled for the full-time switchboard workers. You will need to be available for all three shifts, working up to 19 hours per week or 1,039 hours per year as scheduled by your supervisor. This part time position is not benefit eligible.

What you’ll do: Serve as a receptionist at our front desk: answering and transferring calls on a multi-line phone system, communicating on an open channel two-way radio, directing individuals to proper destinations, distributing messages, and scheduling appointments

• Operate fax, printer, computer, copier, etc. Maintain equipment and supply inventory, prepare purchase and supply requisitions
• Distribute fleet as needed, update facility policies and regulations, monitor the weather radio and fire alarm panel.
