Job description
HOURS: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday
- File and scan paperwork
- Manage emails and pictures
- Communicates with dental offices
- Schedule in-coming cases and complete case research
- Coordinate cases with Production Manager and Driver’s to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries
- Track cases on hold and those coming in
- Open and disinfect incoming cases
- Wrap cases and ship through UPS
- Provide information to clients on our products and timelines
- Manage confidential client/patient documentation
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and pay attention to detail
- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
- Displays excellent communication skills and has the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Respectfully takes direction from manager
- Follow HIPPA guidelines
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- A positive attitude and excellent phone skills
- Excellent customer service
- Basic computer skills
- Able to complete tasks on time
- Dental background a plus, but not required
SALARY RANGE: $19 - $22/hour depending on experience.
Pre-employment background check required.
