The Office Specialist Role and How You Will Make a Difference

Office Specialists are responsible for:

• Answering program phone calls
• Checking clients into their appointments and inform respective parties that client is there
• Providing clerical support
• Providing outcome-focused care activities as directed by supervisor
• Coordinating with billing and insurance providers
• Sending in renewal authorizations and concurrent reviews and check the status of insurance for clients regularly

Who We’d Love to Join Our Team?

Tooele Outpatient Services are available to children, teens, and adults with a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis. Outpatient services include assessments, family, individual, and group therapy, crisis interventions, abuse and trauma treatment, and medication management.

For this role and program, we are looking for someone who has

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• Associate Degree (Preferred)
• Two years of behavioral health or customer service experience (Preferred)
