- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Keeping an inventory of office/shop supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files
- Welcoming visitors to your office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking in orders
- Bringing vehicles in for service
- Make purchases at (amazon, home depot, target)
- Running payroll
- Managing accounts receivables
- Following up with customer details/emails
- Bank deposits/database inputs
- Setting up data for new leads
- General organization and fullfilment of shop related work (clean equipment, laundry, refill products, setup area for techs, etc)
- Creating or keeping up with social media
- Being flexable to complete or solve new tasks as they come up
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
