• Responsible for inventory, filing, utilizing a copy machine and monitoring day to day office needs.
• Assist employees to understand and abide by company standards.
• Answering telephone calls, emails from various outlets and directing pertinent messages and postal mail to relevant staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and basic e-mail functions.
• Assisting in the hiring process and tasks therein.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude under pressure.
• Able to adhere to deadlines and remain flexible with multitasking.
• Support management with one off tasks and projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
