Store Safe Storage is located at 6165 Primus Road and 6417 Maynardville Pike, Knoxville, TN. The owners are lifetime residents of Knoxville, Tennessee and built the storage facility located on Primus Road in 2007. The second location, on Maynardville Pike, was opened March 2018. With God’s blessing, Store Safe has doubled in size and expanded in service types over the last 5 years. God willing, we desire to continue growth in size and locations in the coming years. The Lord God of the Bible is a blessing to all who seek Him and we, Store Safe Storage seek to glorify His name through our business. We built and now strive to run Store Safe using the principles taken from the Word of God. Full Job Description:

Store Safe Storage is hiring a full time Office/Operations Manager to manage our two storage facilities as well as our portable storage, Store Safe STOBOX. This is a 40-hour per week salaried position. In addition to covering shifts at both locations, responsibilities include but are not limited to customer relations (i.e., answering phone calls, overseeing all payments including delinquencies, checking in new tenants, etc.), scheduling STOBOX deliveries and pick-ups, general maintenance (sweeping, moping, cleaning, etc.), basic administration tasks, managing four part-time employees, and communicating and coordinating with the facilities manager. Store Safe Storage is closed on Sundays.

Principal Duties:

Overseeing Processes

• Serve as expert on current and new software quickly and responsible for teaching others
• Coordinating / Communicating with Facilities Managers regarding on-sight maintenance needs for both storage locations

Customer Service

• Communicate leasing process to customers with excellence (Storage units on location as well as STOBOX)
• Serve as the point of contact for and oversee all customer relations situations
• Oversee all Delinquencies

Management

• Motivate and train staff with new processes
• Manage part-time staff (including scheduling, conflict management, evaluations, etc.)
• Supervise emergency / after hour situations on rare occasion
• Complete projects / tasks given by upper management or Owners in a timely manner
• Manage scheduling and dispatching for all STOBOX Deliveries

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• College Education Preferred
• Driver’s license

Pay: Starting at $44,000 and up plus benefits (based on experience and education).
