Entry Level Receptionist/Office Assistant - Locals Only

Description

About Us

Our firm represents clients with personal injury or motor vehicle accidents, work injury claims, traffic violations, and immigration. Our offices are located in Bellevue and Federal Way, WA. This job is a local-candidates-only position, Advantage Legal Group does not support relocation expenses for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• General office management duties.
• Marketing within the community which involves establishing relationships and maintaining contact with our network of professional providers.
• Occasional lunch meetings and meet & greet dates along with our marketing manager.
• You will be maintaining multiple case files both physical and virtual.
• You will need to be able to take instruction and switch gears quickly.

Skills and Qualification:

• spanish speaking
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Professionalism and communication are of paramount importance.
• Your key skills are assertiveness, organization, resourcefulness, multitasking, and problem solving.
• You have computer and/or office experience
• You have basic auto insurance knowledge
• You must be comfortable on the phone speaking to and interpreting for our clients, insurance adjusters, case managers, medical providers and attorneys.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $94,594.00 per year
