Our work environment includes:

  • Modern office setting

Responsibilities:

  • Create company jacket and other information for acquired vehicles.
  • Sell vehicles that are in inventory.
  • Enter and maintain vehicle information in software.
  • Prepare paperwork for each sale.
  • Ensure customers submit Insurance information to company.
  • Enter all receipts in Wayne Reaves or QuickBooks.
  • Reconcile statements to each account at the end of the month in QuickBooks.
  • Balance statements and finalize data.
  • Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system.
  • Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks.
  • Maintain and order supplies for office and car cleaning.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma.
  • Experience using some type of dealer software.
  • Very strong computer skills with email, ordering supplies, QuickBooks, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team.
  • Accounting degree (preferred, not required).
  • Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership.
  • Must be clean cut, have good character, punctual, and a valid driver’s license.
  • May earn commission to right candidate.
  • Resume is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $750.00 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Customers are not required to wear masks at this time.

  • Shallotte, NC 28470: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 5 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
