Multi-Specialty Wellness Practice seeks candidate for Chiropractic Billing/Collections position. We offer Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage and Natural Medicine services. Busy, fast paced practice. If you enjoy people and have a passion for helping others and desire to be a part of a dynamic wellness team in the Ocoee/Winter Garden/Windermere area, then we look forward to hearing from you. Candidates must be dependable, with an outgoing personality, able to multitask, honest, and perform other duties as protocol requires.

Experience and Qualifications in:

• Social Media and marketing
• Great Multi-tasking ability who takes the initiative
• Time management, problem solving skills
• Microsoft office skills
• Verification of insurance eligibility and benefits
• Visit pre-authorizations for insurances
• Visit pre-authorizations for insurances
• Submit insurance claims to clearinghouse or insurance companies electronically or paper
• Resolve issues with insurance company on unpaid or rejected claims
• Post insurance and patient payments
• Analyze billing and claims for accuracy and completeness
• Responsible for accounts receivable
• Eclipse Software knowledge a plus!

· Minimum 2 years experience preffered

Monday-Thursday 9AM - 6PM Friday 9AM - 2 PM
