The Office Manager will be responsible for tasks including:
- Answering/ scheduling incoming calls and appointments
- Managing outbound calls to existing client base
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Dispatching service technicians to their jobs
- Overseeing/ coordinating install jobs
- Managing and Training Office Staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.44 - $27.25 per hour
