Best HVAC is seeking a full-time Office Manager for a high-volume HVAC company. We are a family-owned, growing company that specializes in Residential and Commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and installation. Our company is looking to hire an Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with effective communication and excellent customer service skills. Must be a team player. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing a growing business and will eagerly strive to maximize the efficiency of the company. This position provides overall administrative support to the service and new construction managers, employees and our customers. The ideal candidate is Responsible, highly motivated, a great multi-tasker, a good problem solver and is organized. They will also need to be Computer savvy and able to work independently.

Pay is DOE.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and dispatching calls to service technicians
  • Schedule service calls and work orders from home warranty companies
  • Work with General Contractors to schedule upcoming new construction jobs
  • Coordinate with new construction teams to ensure field operations are being completed
  • Ensure all aspects of service calls are attended to, including scheduling, ensuring materials and/or parts are available, and assure customer satisfaction
  • Customer Satisfactory Call Backs
  • Work with customers and employees to ensure prompt service
  • Performs other general administrative duties as assigned

  • Self-motivated, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to successfully build and execute office processes/procedures
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Able to pass pre-hire drug test and background check
  • Team Management experience in a service providing industry (preferred)
  • Process management or workflow management experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
