We are a busy orthopedic practice looking for a full time, reliable and motivated administrative professional for our Cambridge Office at located at Mount Auburn Hospital. Essential functions include:

• Greets all patients upon arrival in a friendly manner
• Maintains a welcoming and pleasant front desk environment
• Answers incoming phone calls and schedules appointments
• Serves as a receptionist and coordinator of patient flow
• Prepares clinic and checks insurance eligibility ahead of appointment date
• Requests and obtains referrals
• Responsible for collecting co-payments and accurate reconciliation
• Assures quality patient care by promoting effective communication and teamwork through the organization

The ideal candidate would be someone who can thrive in a team setting and make those around them better. We are looking for someone who is upbeat and comfortable with a fast paced, high volume orthopedic clinic. There may be circumstances where coverage is needed in our other locations (Brighton, Cambridge (725 Concord Ave), Chestnut Hill and Waltham) so we value flexibility and a positive attitude. Orthopedic experience is preferred.

Generous paid time off (PTO) and insurance benefits packages are available for full time employees. Compensation is commensurate with healthcare experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
