Job description
We're hiring a Weekend Office Clerk!
The primary responsibilities include greeting members and guests as they enter the club. Answering the phone and taking reservations. Entering accounts payable and cash receipts into our club software. Other responsibilities will be assigned as needed and as the candidate grows in the position.
This candidate must be service oriented, friendly and outgoing, comfortable with Microsoft WORD and EXCEL, responsive to email, detail oriented and self motivated. You will be given tasks as they come up from various people in management and will need to prioritize based on what events are happening each day.
The days will alternate between Saturday and Sunday, or occasionally both days depending on needs from 10 to 4 pm. This is a year round position, except during the winter.
This position is perfect for someone already working part-time and wanting to work a little extra, a stay at home mom wanting to get out of the house or a college student looking to earn a little extra cash.
Salary based upon experience.
