Job description

Responsibilities are answering phones, scheduling service calls and estimates. Creating invoices and collecting payment. Filing and entering data in QuickBooks. Sending emails and printing blueprints.

Would prefer to have QuickBooks experience. Knowledge on Word and Excel. Customer service skills to deal with customers and contractors. Must be organized and be able to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
