We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, including but not limited to helping with permit request paperwork, scheduling installations, documentation, registrations, and other general administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing permit request paperwork and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule installations, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Support documentation and registration processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Help with various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
  • Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual A Plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment.
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is a plus.
