- Screening phone calls

Managing work tickets
Create new work tickets for projects
- Measure distance
- Record directions
- Plug information into ticket form
Update work tickets for projects
- Review ticket list
- Update tickets that need renewal
Organizing maps and other important files
Map organization
- Write work ticket numbers on corresponding maps
- Write GPS points on maps
- File maps away into project folders
Damage files
- Fill out damage reports when necessary
- Review damage claims and file them
Receipts and invoices
- Organize and file away receipts and invoices
Screening phone calls
Locators
- Answer questions about tickets
- Provide contact for crew leads
Damage Claims
- Take note of claims
Miscellaneous
- Answer questions
- Provide information
- Take messages
- Redirect to other personnel
Other office duties
Errands
- Send out mail
- Restock office supplies
Greeting
- Greet those who walk in
- Answer questions
- Take messages for other personnel

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
