JOB TITLE: Office Assistant

REPORTS TO: Psychiatric Social Worker Suffolk County Division of Mental Hygiene

DEPARTMENT: Suffolk County, Department of Health,

Division of Mental Hygiene, ADULT SPOA Unit

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma required

JOB FUNCTION:

In this position, you will assist the Adult Mental Health Services units, specifically the Adult Single Point of Access, Assisted Outpatient Treatment and Suffolk County Care Coordination programs, with day to day operations, associated with the success of the department. You will also assist with clerical responsibilities for the Division of Community Mental Hygiene as a whole. You will help ensure seamless work flow and communication of highly sensitive information in a timely and confidential manner.
