Parks/Bluestone State Park/Summers County - This employee will lead office operations at Bluestone State Park under the direct supervision of the Park. Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent. This working clerical person will be responsible for the financial care, general audit filing, and data collection responsibilities at Blüestone State Park. This individual will be responsible for accounting processes, payroll;:: personnel recordkeeping; typing of business letters; data collection of revenue reports; order and procurement of supplies; monthly and daily reports of revenue; gift shop reports; payment reconciliation, and cabin reservations. Works as a receptionist for public relations and park information. Answers park phone and fields questions about the park and surrounding area. May'assist with special event set-ups. This individual shall be self motivated and detail oriented for proper office procedures of the facility. Must work well with minimal oral and written communication. Must work well with the public. Employee must be able to use a variety of office machines and computer software programs. Must have working knowledge of computer, telephone, credit card machines, fax machine, and email and be familiar with Google docs, sheets, slides and Gmail programs. Submits monthly reports. This employee shall wear supplied uniform and work a schedule as needed to ensure coverage of park needs. Employee must possess a valid driver's license. Overnight travel may be required. Performs all related duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required.

Employee must pass a criminal history records check and have a valid West Virginia Driver's License. Employee may, from time to time, be required to use personal vehicle in completion of duties, to be reimbursed at the prevailing State rate for personal vehicle use. Performs other duties as assigned.

Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.

Experience:

Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in routine office work.

Substitution: College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience.

Pay: $22,040.00 - $40,773.00 per year
