Non-Profit Office Administrator Needed to Assist & Support a Local Area Non-Profit Position Available March/April 2023.

Consider Aldersgate, a well-respected non-Profit agency in Willow Grove. FT 40 hour/week, Office Administrator/ Business Manager in-office, Mon to Fri position. Qualified candidate to monitor agency finances and annual budget, track grant services & expenses, data entry for multi-program billing, payroll & accounts payable, generate contract invoices, oversee PT admin staff (1), maintain programming and staff schedules & PTO accruals, assist with hiring, training and maintaining/ creating agency personnel files, oversee building maintenance needs, order and secure office/ staff supplies, interact with agency clients, county administrators and Board of Directors plus oversee all other organizational related processes to ensure that the agency is running smoothly. Work closely with the agency's Accounting Consultant, Executive Director, Board President and Auditors during the year. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel & Quick Books needed.

Salary commensurate with experience and degree; candidates with prior related experience and/ or degree in business encouraged to apply. Prior social service administration office experience, monitoring of non-profit funds & regulation adherence, grant management, computer expertise and also social media experience a plus. The agency is seeking a reliable Office Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks and ensure the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
