Now hiring for Nutrition Dietetics Specialist, full-time 37.5 hours per week. $21.00 per hour - $28.25 per hour pay range; excellent benefits package. Family friendly hours. MONDAY - THURSDAY 4-DAY WORK WEEK.

Functions as a WIC (Women, Infant, and Children) clinic nutritionist by providing nutrition education for the WIC program by determining nutrition risk, setting goals for behavior change pertaining to nutrition and breastfeeding, providing supplemental foods, and developing and distributing nutrition educational materials.

Determines participants' WIC eligibility based on nutrition risk by assessing diet, history, and determines nutritional risk factors for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, postpartum women, infants or children up to five (5) years of age for the WIC program according to State and Federal regulations.

Updated requirements: Physicians, Nutritionists (Bachelor's Degree), Certified Nutritionists (Master's Degree and certification by State Board of Certification and Licensure), Master's Degree in community nutrition, public health nutrition, foods or nutrition or dietetics, Dietitians (RD/LD), Nurses (RN, LPN, APRN), and Physician's Assistants (certified by the National Committee on Certification of Physician's Assistants).
