Concordia at Cabot, the birthplace and headquarters of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, has one of the broadest networks of senior- and healthcare-related services in the country, all in one location: retirement living, short-term rehabilitation, personal care, long-term nursing care, hospice care, outpatient physical therapy, adult day services, even child care. As a Nurse Aide, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia. Responsibilities include but not limited to assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning, and documenting the care that was provided. Duties include completing over the counter treatments as instructed and answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.

NEW YEAR, NEW RATES! - Starting Jan. 1st

Entry level friendly - paid on-the-job training. Starting wage is $17.75/hour and $1.50 shift differentials offered for afternoon and $1.00 for midnight. Full-time and part-time positions available and include weekend shifts.
Eligible employees who work at least 24 hours per week can receive an additional $1.50 per hour on top of the current listed salary. Sign-on bonus of $2,500 for full-time hires and $1,000 for part time, paid out over an 18 month time frame.
Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
