- Need CNA in New Lisbon, WI 53950
- Shift Information: PM shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm) 10 days a pay period, every weekend
- Number of Weeks:13
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Pay rate on W2: $35:00 / hr.
- Overtime Type: By the Week
- Overtime Starts After: 40
- Overtime Rate: All Inclusive Rate + $10
- Holiday Rate: All Inclusive Rate + $10
CNA performs resident functions in accordance to nursing home standards of practice under the direct supervision of the RN. Tasks include ADL assistance, answering call lights and requests, providing direct resident cares, documentation of work completed and additional duties as needed/assigned
- Must have a current Wisconsin license.

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
