Fairview Health Services is seeking an experienced
Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine to join the multi-specialty practice at
M Health
Fairview Clinic – Burnsville.
Practice Details:
- 15 provider primary care practice with multiple specialists onsite.
- Patient encounters average 18-20 patients per day.
- Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) Flexible schedule.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
- No call is required.
Income Details:
- Initial 2 year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program rewarding production, quality and patient experience.

- Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
- BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
- Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
- BLS and ACLS Certified.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates must have experience working in a primary care clinic setting (5 years required).
