The Nurse Manager in our Ambulatory Center will be responsible for overseeing our Adult Medicine Clinic, After Care Clinic, and Diabetes Center. Our Medicine Clinic is a high volume area with over 40 exam rooms encompassing multiple specialties including primary care. The After Care Clinic and Diabetes Center are smaller yet well resourced areas. You will have oversight of Registered Nurses and Certified Medical Assistants throughout all three clinics and be surrounded by strong leadership to help you grow into your new role!

Who Should Apply:

• MSN from an accredited nursing program required. Those without the required degree may be considered provided they enroll in an accredited MSN program within 12 months of hire
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• Requires 5 years of experience as a registered nurse (within the specialty preferred), including 3-5 years of leadership and/or management responsibilities
• Ability to lead others, problem solve, analyze and interpret data, adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments, and create a climate that fosters compassionate care, innovation, cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork
