Full-Time Night Auditor at
Doubletree by Hilton, The Tudor Arms Hotel
Arms in Cleveland, Ohio!

Job Overview:
Our Full-Time Night Auditor will be paid
$15.00 per hour and be a
non-exempt employee. This position has a 90-day probationary period.
A Full-Time Night Auditor will be asked to perform the following duties:
- Greet, check in guests, and answer all questions efficiently and in a professional manner
- Use creative reasoning to overcome guest objections and concerns
- Promote hotel deals, local attractions, and points of interests to guests
- Audit and balance the hotel’s income and expenses
- Assist with Manager duties when needed
- Prepare ahead of time for group check-ins, check-outs, and VIP arrivals
- Manage and complete reports, including marketing and accounting
- Answer phones promptly and transfer calls when warranted
- Follow Hotel policies and safety standards
Mandatory Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service in a hotel environment
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or less and maneuver up and down stairs with no difficulty
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred Experience/Knowledge:
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D
