We are looking for New Client Specialists to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals for our growing dealership. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out! You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions based on the customers needs. Having a positive attitude and being a self-starter will help you go far! Ultimately, ensuring that customers leave our dealership satisfied and contributing to the store’s profitability.

What our Client Specialists do:

  • Meet dealership sales goals.
  • Greet customers and determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
  • Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom or on demonstration drive.
  • Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase.
  • Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
  • Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
  • Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment.
