5S Technologies, one of the fastest growing Managed Services Providers in the country, is looking for an A+ individual to run an MSP Operations Center for our clients in the Southeast US. This is a leadership role with certain key operational roles including perfecting operations, delighting customers, being an escalation resource for challenging service incidents, and identifying performance and availability recommendations for the customer base. The role offers WFH/remote options, career growth and a strong investment in personal and technical development. It is an 8am to 5pm operational responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee small team of technologies to deliver customer service and value in ways that others can't match. That's part of our culture.
• Manage a team and the tools that monitor, correlate and provide the base of information to monitor, operate or fully manage data center assets.
• Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in house servers
• Provide insight on capacity, performance and availability issues or opportunities.
• Ensure network security and connectivity
• Provide the team expert guidance in triage/troubleshooting of critical customer service or security issues.
• Ability to inspire, develop and retain top talent.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in advanced networking and mission critical computing environments.
• Experience in Fortinet and Cisco networking solutions, monitoring tools with a Windows and virtualization
• Logic Monitor experience is a strong plus
• Citrix VDI experience is a plus
• Strong trouble shooting skills and operational discipline.
• MCSE, CISSP, CCNA or CCNP certifications are a definitive plus.
• Strong values and interpersonal skills

The Opportunity and Compensation

• Yearly compensation of $90,000 to $115,000 dependent upon experience level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
