Network and Security Administrator (FT)
Job description
- Seeking a talented individual, with a passion for information technology and experience in a wide range of information system disciplines.
- Primary responsibilities will include planning, implementation, and maintenance of complex local and wide area networks comprised of Unix, Linux, and MS-Windows systems in accordance with best practices, and in compliance with Federal HIPAA security regulations.
- Secondary responsibilities may include database management, application design and development, and some end-user desktop support.
- Strong working knowledge of networking, information security, and teamwork skills required.
- Experience with Linux is preferred.
- Experience with healthcare information systems a plus.
- This is a full-time position offering generous benefits including health insurance, retirement, life insurance, and paid leave. This position is onsite in Harrisonburg Virginia, Monday - Friday.
